Shipping policy

At Klassic eM, every order is handled with care. We do our best to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. Please review the details below before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once it’s on the way.

  • During high-volume periods or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • We currently ship within the U.S. and select international countries.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • U.S. orders: 6-10 business days after processing

    • International orders: 7–21 business days (may vary by destination)

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before checkout.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Delays & Lost Packages

Klassic eM is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
If your package is delayed or missing, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number, or reach out to us at klassicemofficial@gmail.com for guidance.

6. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
We’ll review the situation and work with you to resolve it promptly.

7. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.
These charges are not included in our shipping rates.
